St. George Airport

The Maurice Bishop International Airport, once known as the Point Salines International Airport is the premier airport servicing  the paradisiacal Caribbean island-nation of Grenada. GND Airport is located just 11km outside of the capital city of St. George’s, in the southwest portion of Grenada, on a little peninsula that looks out onto Hardy Bay.

Operating for over thirty years, the Maurice Bishop International Airport welcomes the majority of tourists wanting to take advantage of Grenada’s beautiful beaches and azure waters. This airport mainly operates flights coming to and from Caribbean destinations, as well as North American cities such as Toronto (YYZ).

If you’re hungry upon arrival, or need to eat something before flying out, you’ll find a restaurant, a café and a small snack bar. There is also a good duty free shop in the public concourse, where you can purchase cosmetics, jewellery, craft items and liquor. There is an ATM for your convenience, a charging area for electronic items and free WiFi throughout the terminal building.

Please note all information is current as of March 2016.
