The online check-in service can be accessed through the website and is available from 24 hours right up to 90 minutes before your departure time. But if you prefer to stick to the traditional check-in method, you may do so by checking-in at their check-in counter at least an hour before the flight.
All of the seats from Emirates aircraft are comfortable and stylish. In Economy Class, each seat has a personal monitor that features more than a thousand channels of entertainment and news programming. However, if you want to make your flight even more comfortable, you may opt for their business class seats. Each business class seat can be converted into a flat bed that extends up to 79 inches long. On top of that, each seat has a privacy divider, a personal storage area, a mini-bar and a personal entertainment system.
Baggage Allowances and Fees
Emirates has one of the most generous baggage policies in the world. Each economy passenger is entitled to have check-in baggage that weigh not more than 30 kilograms, while business class passengers are allowed to check-in one or two baggage with a maximum weight of 40 kilograms. If you are traveling first class, you can have checked baggage up to 50 kilograms. For the cabin baggage, an economy class passenger is permitted to have a piece of baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kilograms, while first class and business class passengers are allowed two pieces of cabin baggage with a total weight of not more than 12 kilograms.
There are no service fees for bookings made through their official website and their Ticket Offices. But, there will be corresponding charges for booking changes and flight cancellation requests.
On time punctuality
From July 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013, 77 percent of flights from Emirates were on time.
